We’re so glad you’re interested in becoming a POURED Freelancer! Here are your steps:

1. Download the POURED App here.

2. Apply as a freelancer.

3. Complete your application, including a profile photo, resume, video introduction, and profile details.

4. If you're accepted, we'll provide next steps for getting booked for your first shift! Please note our platform accepts less than 10% of applicants. Due to the increasing demand to join Poured you may be placed on a waitlist to onboard applicants.

If you are accepted onto the POURED platform, you will receive an email and text message notifying you. Only complete profile will be considered for approval.

If the app crashes, please try to hard-close out of the application & open it again. If the problem persists, please 'Report an issue' in your profile menu and provide any details you can. Including screenshots can also help us to diagnose the issue quicker.

If you forgot your password, select forgot password and a link to reset your password will be emailed to you.

Please do NOT create another account to try and change your password. This will delete your previous account.

POURED does not provide reimbursement for parking costs incurred during a shift. Some brands may choose to validate parking but they are by no means obligated. Most store locations have free or very cheap street parking options in the area that you may utilize. Avoid parking in the store parking garages as this will be quite expensive if the brand does not validate parking.

When you arrive for a shift, after you’ve clocked in, immediately approach the store manager. Ask the question, “What can I do to be the most helpful today?” This is a great way to meet the manager, break the ice and start your shift on the right foot! You can’t go wrong with that question!

As of now, the POURED app is only available to iOS users. An Android app will hopefully be available soon!

1. Select “Bookings” from the bottom menu. You will now be able to see your current shift, brand, rate and location. In order to clock-in, you will need to tap the banner that says “Clock in/ Clock out” on the store image.

2. When you arrive at your shift/are physically in the store, tp to “clock-in” at the beginning of your shift. Once you do, you will see the time begin counting down to the end of your shift. You are not able to clock in more than 5 minutes early for your shift.

3. Once you've reached your scheduled shift end time, you will be prompted to clock out. Tap “clock-out.”

4. Record breaks (at the end of the shift when you clock out, you’ll be prompted to record if you took a 30 minute, 60 minute or no break. Please answer honestly.

Please do not accept a shift unless you are absolutely certain you can work. If for some reason you need to cancel a shift that you have already accepted and confirmed, we request that you do so at least 24 hours prior to the shift so that we can find you a replacement. If you do have to cancel, please contact the brand and the POURED team to let everyone know. You can then cancel your shift in the app. Please be aware that if you cancel a shift within less than 24 hours more than 3 times, your placement on the POURED platform will be reviewed and possibly terminated.

Please film against a plain and solid background, free from distractions. Your video should highlight your strengths in a work environment, share what you're passionate about, and reflect on prior work experience. Treat the video like an interview, so act professionally and have a polished appearance.

That is up to you! POURED is built for flexibility. Whether you want to to work 10 hours a week or 40 hours a week, is up to you.

Yes. As a POURED employee you are a W2 employee and taxes are withheld from each paycheck. When you begin with POURED, you'll fill out a W4 form and at the end of the year, we'll send you a W2 form.

Freelancers are paid every other Friday through Direct Deposit (you will set this up as soon as you book your first shift.) We offer same day payouts using Zayzoon that may be set up in Vensure.

Poured allows it's talent to set their own desired rate between $18-25/hr. This rate should be aligned with your prior experience. A manager may choose another talent for a shift if their rate is below yours.

Shift requests will appear in your offers page. Roster and Community booking requests are interest based. You may indicate your interest or decline the offer. You will not be confirmed for the shift until a manager selects you and approves your interest. You will receive and email, text, and app notification upon selection confirming the details of your shift. Only for Direct bookings are you pre-approved by the manager and can accept the offer to be instantly confirmed for the shift.

Please make sure to update offers you have indicated interest in should your availability change for that day. You can do this by finding the same shift under the offers tab and tapping Remove Interest.

Note: Offers marked as high demand have the greatest chance of being selected for as there is a greater need for coverage.
